- Six buildings (Fabric plant, preparation plant, dying plant, warehouse, garage, and company dormitory) were newly built at the site.
- Introduced machines including 30 Hokki-type 4-shuttle jacquard weaving machines, 2 warping machines, 65 winders, 20 Mutrata-type automatic pipe winders, jet-type skein automatic dying machines, etc.

- Introduced 30 Hiraiwa rapier weaving machines.
- Started sales of fabric using swatch books for curtains and wall coverings.

- From 1985 till around 2000, the company manufactured custom-made fabric as wall coverings for banquet halls of famous hotels.
- The hotels were Ako Hotel in Hyogo Prefecture, Kyoto ANA Hotel, Tokyo Metropolitan Hotel, Kitashinagawa Mori Building Hotel, Chinzanso in Tokyo, and so on.
- Delivered curtains for guest rooms of Hotel Okura.
