DAIKI CO., LTD. has gained the international quality standard ISO9001 certification.
ISO9001 sets out “standards for improvement of customer satisfaction, including quality assurance” and specifies various requirements for quality assurance.
DAIKI CO., LTD. strives to follow these requirements, to maintain a high quality and to supply products that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Monitoring

  • １. Weaving machine monitoring system

    The operating status of each machine is monitored at all times to prevent any problems during the weaving process.
    The computer constantly monitors and records the condition of the weaving machine. This data is reflected in the inspection after weaving.

  • ２. Inspection monitoring system

    The information monitored and recorded by the “Weaving machine monitoring system” is reflected in the inspection monitoring system. Our DAIKI-original inspection monitoring system enables us to carry out error-free production right up to the final visual inspection.

Inspection

The data monitored and recorded by the “Weaving machine monitoring system” is reflected in the inspection after weaving.
During the inspection, a special flaw inspection machine makes it easy to inspect the fabric at the optimum illuminance over a long period of time. The inspection results are managed by computer using the “Inspection monitoring system” and are used effectively for quality improvement. The quality condition of each product is clearly recorded and traceable after delivery.
