DAIKI CO., LTD. (hereafter referred to as DAIKI) recognizes the importance of adequate control and protection of information that can identify our customers and business acquaintances (hereafter referred to as “personal information”). In order to protect personal information, DAIKI complies with laws and regulations by establishing in-company rules and providing employee training.

Purpose of use

Disclosure and provision of information to third parties

DAIKI will manage properly the acquired personal information. DAIKI will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without prior notice to the individual unless:

  2. When necessary for the protection of an individual’s life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.
  3. When necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.
  4. When necessary to cooperate with a local or national government or its appointed contractor to carry out duties specified by law and obtaining the individual’s consent is likely to obstruct the performance of these duties.

DAIKI will manage personal information strictly in an adequate security environment according to related laws and DAIKI’s regulations in order to prevent leaks, falsification, loss, defamation, and the use of personal information for purposes other than those intended. DAIKI will provide the necessary education and awareness-raising activities for employees to ensure the correct handling of personal information.
