  • 1. Quick designing

    Based on the fabric information (structure, yarn type, weft exchange instructions, yarn density, warp alignment) from the design drawing, the fabric structure is designed with a computer. The design can be checked from every angle.

  • 2. Flexible and prompt response to design changes

    The computer enables us to respond promptly to requests for changes in design, such as changes in color or fabric width without altering the strength of the fabric. Customers can select a design from among dozens of designs planned and developed with our computer system.

  • 3. Improvement of physical property

    The fabric structure diagram allows customers to see the image and structure of the fabric clearly. This allows us to improve the physical properties of the product.
